Autumn is the perfect time to visit Lichfield, the green city parks are turning beautiful shades of gold for autumn walks, and there’s plenty of events taking place throughout October and early November.
Lichfield Festival of Folk is currently taking place and ends on 14 October with amazing concerts, free community events, dancing and a procession throughout the city, as well as Lichfield Folk on the farm in the beautiful surroundings of Woodhouse Farm.
A fantastic exhibition, Gaia by Luke Jerram is now showing at Lichfield Cathedral until the 5 November where you can view the seven metres in diameter planet earth, floating and rotating in three dimensions inside the nave of the cathedral.
