Military Reunion P Bates - BW Website May 2024

I was one of a party booked for a Military Reunion, I had a 3 day stay and it was soon apparent that two members of staff were giving excellent service which I would class as way above normal. They were Carole and Heather, two very nice, polite, friendly and hardworking ladies.
Carole and Heather were outstanding at all times during our stay and these sentiments are echoed by other members of the Parachute Squadron.

Me and a party of 12 held a reunion here recently and were treated superbly.
The hotel is traditional with the emphasis on looking after its visitors. The bedrooms were clean, with everything you could need. The meals were excellent as was the service from reception to waitresses. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel. Thank you for making our reunion memorable.

A lovely well organised 60th birthday celebration for me in the Garrick suite. Food was excellent, staff were attentive and helpful and polite. Manager of the function was great, nothing too much trouble.
Retired to the bar later with everyone and had a great night there. Room was excellent, breakfast was excellent.
